在2017年10月7日的“Machi☆Asobi”漫展上，宣布将制作续篇。2018年12月22日在周年纪念活动“Prisma☆Klangfest ～kaleidoscope～”上宣布新作OVA制作决定。 OVA于2019年6月14日在剧场上映，标题为《Fate/kale id liner 魔法少女☆伊莉雅 Prisma☆Phantasm》（neta自Carnival Phantasm），共63分钟，为原作者广山弘监修的原创搞笑剧情。正式的BD/DVD于2019年11月27日发售。 片尾以“To be continued…”及新画面的形式宣布续作决定。。菲律宾黑帮分子董岳于香港犯案，被警员细鬼、阿龙及其上司梁森缉捕，并由阿龙及政治部的大岛押回菲受审。不料途中让其手下救回，阿龙和大岛在当地警员范曾的协助下决定留下追捕董。在追捕逃犯的过程中，大岛和范的旧拍档均遭董偷袭，不幸身亡，范和阿龙同失好友，决意与歹徒决一死战……。Although sumo is a cherished part of Japanese culture, few have managed to get a behind-the-scenes look at the sport. Director Eiji SAKATA had the opportunity to spend six months in close contact with two sumo stables. In the process, he managed to capture fascinating footage of the rigorous training sessions and daily life of the wrestlers.。
