《全明星辯論會》陶晶瑩在節目中她擔任評審長，另外視網膜則擔任司儀，節目將打破談話性節目框架與政論節目偏頗，以辯論作為表現方式，喚起大家對思考、表達與聆聽的重視。節目陣容堅強，除每集因應辯論主題邀請3位評審擔任評審團外，會分為正反兩隊，每一隊由一位隊長與位明星辨手、二位辯論協會幕後支援組成。一隊由黃豪平擔任隊長，隊員包括關韶文、阿喜、木星、莫宰羊、陳大天、徐新洋、賀瓏、吳怡霈，而另一隊隊長則是陳芳語，她的隊員是倪暄、董仔、凱莉、侯昌明、馬力歐、楊昇達、朱琦郁、蘿莉塔，各個大有來頭。。Two places are in focus in this soap.
