在名为“最后的幸存者”的冒险真人秀节目中，六个年轻人将在教官代尔（亨瑞·罗林斯 Henry Rollins 饰）的领导下，在虚拟的世界末日环境下展开关系到生死存亡的争斗，6天之后，唯一幸存下来的选手即能获得高额的奖金。野心勃勃的妮娜（艾丽卡·李尔森 Erica Leerhsen 饰）不巧和作为替补队员半推半就而来的马拉（阿莱卡萨·帕拉迪诺 Aleksa Palladino 饰）被分在了一组，游戏正式开始。 令所有人没有想到的是，他们的到来让一群长久以来生活在这片土地上的畸形食人族们感到无比兴奋，选手们接连遇害成为了它们的盘中饕餮。在目睹了马拉被残忍杀害后，妮娜决定要为自己的生命而战，不久之后，代尔和队友杰克（Texas Battle 饰）也加入了战斗，他们能够战胜凶残的食人族吗？。When he learns his days are numbered old count Hervé de Kéraudren decides to hide in a secret alcove and to die there, just to annoy his heirs. As a result of his body not being found the latter will have to wait for five years until they can inherit the count's money. And, the count's body being found by chance, all goes back to normal.。《我係小廚神》舉辦第三屆，參與門檻年齡由過往的8歲改為6歲，發掘更多年紀小小便廚藝出眾的小廚神。經過無數次遴選，22位有潛質的入圍者，分「BB小廚神」、「Big Big小廚神」、「自信小廚神」3組進行初賽，角逐8強席位。 8強除要在精心設計的廚房展現令成年人意想不到的煮食技巧外，亦要隨主持林盛斌(Bob)、麥美恩(Mayanne)、黃碧蓮(Linna)深入平時不能闖入的食材基地，向城中名廚請教下廚技巧。表現突出者，可與Mayanne同到台灣遊學，擴闊飲食知識。 參賽者每集要按主題做出精心菜式，用美食俘虜一眾星級評判的味蕾。專業評判Jacky Yu、「肥仔」馮嘉橋、「玻璃朱」Bonnie還會評分，派發「小廚神星章」，數量越多，成為兩強的機會自然增多！最後一集，兩強綜合各集經驗及教訓，把自己的廚藝發揮至極點，務求坐上小廚神皇座。。
