Koko（郑文雅 饰）的男友（周润发 饰）是香港一名社工，乐于助人。在男友的影响下，Koko也当上了一名社工。Koko虽然能经常帮助别人，但却一直未能改善自己和父亲的关系。Koko父亲刚刚刑满获释，因为不满父亲的所作所为，Koko多次将来向奶奶要钱的父亲赶出家门。一次偶然，Koko认识弱智青年肥猫（郑则仕 饰），肥猫的智商一直保留在童年水平，他和母亲在清贫中度日，整日和街坊一班小孩子玩耍。附近有一个恶霸经常欺负肥猫，周围的人对此亦无可奈何。Koko想帮助肥猫适应社会、自力更生，她最终能成功吗？。Documentary on the life and musical evolution of Jeff Beck, one of most innovative guitarists in history.
