影片介绍的是关于马术队的生活，由台湾的王小棣编剧，两人一起到内蒙了解马术队的工作情况，做调查，最后完成剧本，但是由于演员表演、剧情结构等方面存在的问题，最终的效果并不令人满意，只在有线电视播过。。Inspired by W.G. Sebald’s book and based on WWII archive footage, the film puts forward the question: is it morally acceptable to use civilian population as a means of war? Is it possible to justify mass destruction for the sake of higher “moral” ideals?
