跟班小弟南（曾根英树饰）和尾崎前往名古屋，一路上怪事频发。偶然的急刹车撞击使得尾崎昏迷不醒，手足无措的南慌乱中走进了一家古怪咖啡馆，但回头出来却发现座位上的大哥不翼而飞。
于是南开始了寻找大哥之旅，他先是遇见一名男子，又进一家正和旅馆，老板娘（富田惠子饰）和她兄弟（曾根晴美饰）是奇怪不已的两个人。南受到“牛头”的托梦，继续跟紧线索寻找。
