毒贩黄有彬被刑警余大伟追捕，情急胁持张羽女友。张羽要求余大伟立刻开枪把黄有彬击毙，人多混乱，余大伟怕误伤群众没敢贸然开枪，黄有彬逃走。后来张羽女友的尸体被发现，经查先奸后杀。张羽迁怒余大伟，余大伟亦因此事出现心理障碍，从此不敢开枪。
