该剧以雍国外交机构“四方馆”为背景，讲述身处这一片小小天地中的元莫（檀健次饰）、阿术（周依然饰）、王昆吾（杜淳饰）、尉迟华（阚清子饰）等四方志士胸怀理想，为家国和正义勇敢奔赴、砥砺前行的故事。。陈菲菲为了去机场，给自己的公公送药，搭乘了杨晨的司机，为了救人，杨晨绝对展露实力，将原本一个半小时的车程，缩短到了二十分钟，回程途中遇到了昔日手下“车神会”的青凤，得知自己徒弟叶无敌为非作歹，于是杨晨决定找回四大神器，重回车神之位……。River wakes up in the mental aid department of the local hospital, not knowing how he got there.
