本剧中所涉及的故事有一半根据真实的个案改编。 香港红十字会寻人服务组“恩明社”专为青少年、长者提供各类型社会服务，其中还成立了一个「寻人服务组」，专责替人寻找因战乱、天灾、搬迁或是家庭突变而失散的亲人。进取求好的康如枫（钟嘉欣 饰）、乐天积极的施亦谦（陈智燊 饰）、贪玩 精灵的冼洁贞（乐瞳 饰）、清贫电脑仔杨子基（陈伟洪 饰），在冷静理性的组长鲁文迪（蒋志光 饰）领导下，开展一个又一个艰苦的寻人历程。五个不同背景和性格的人怀著同一信念，尽最大努力让求助人与失散亲人团圆相聚。替别人寻回幸福的同时，他们亦经历了重新检视自我的过程……。Marie and Antoine live together.
