在东京的教会大学「立明教学园」上学的男主角水村心太，自少便成为孤儿的他，与自己幼驯染槙村千鹤一同上学，过著平凡普通的学园生活。可是某一天，一位罗马尼亚的混血女生岸本莉莉丝却突然转入「立明教学园」并使心太的生活产生了急剧的转变。原来，心太本身不但是一名吸血鬼猎人，而且还是雷莫德一族(就是吸血鬼猎人中最盛名者)的唯一继承者，与身份充满谜团的莉莉丝，两人的命运将使他们作出残酷的选择。。St. Jude Square is a neighborhood living in fear and despair.
