Her grandchildren, Jonas and Márcia are ...。为人正直、医术高超的精神科医生高立仁（方中信 饰），治疗患者很有一套自己的方法。他除了传统的诊断外，还会根据病人的心理，分析其病源。在专业内处理的得心应手的立仁，在感情方面则很笨拙。少年时期的不经事，立仁和其女友未婚先孕，孩子生下来后不久，立仁就和妻子离了婚。之后，立仁就一心扑在了工作上。还好周围有医生志森（蒋志光 饰）和护士应春（黄浩然 饰），这二位好友和知己陪伴，立仁的日子倒也不算寂寞。直到某次处理事情，和重案组的探员莫敏儿（徐子珊 饰）邂逅，让立仁再次感受到了恋爱的召唤，一来一往中，立仁和敏儿互生情愫。 但敏儿却很困扰，她患有家族遗传病，在乐观的外表时，潜伏着厌世的消极心态。于是敏儿不得不回避自己的真实感受，拒绝了立仁……。
