本作担任监督的是秋田谷典昭，代表作有「爆漫王」以及「城下町的蒲公英」。角色原案由刚刚热播结束的动画「食戟之灵」的作者佐伯俊担任，他先前以帅气的画风的18x同人本成名在2011年开始尝试踏入一般向作品领域。动画人设由经验丰富的西田亚沙子担任，她曾经担任众多作品的原画以及作画监督，如「fate stay night第一话」以及「吸血鬼骑士guilty」「电波女与青春男」等。负责脚本的是荒川稔久亦是一位经验丰富的动画脚本师，曾参与「狼与香辛料」「武器种族传说」「缘之空」等比较有名的作品。音乐相关由中川幸太郎担任近期他曾参与的作品是曾大受好评的「gosick」「妖狐x仆ss」等。 作品以陷入泥泞的东京为舞台，讲诉对抗罪犯的故事。。Death Rides a Horse (aka Da uomo a uomo, or As Man to Man) is a 1967 spaghetti western directed by Giulio Petroni, written by Luciano Vincenzoni, and starring Lee Van Cleef and John Phillip Law.
