《工作细胞BLACK》是日本漫画《工作细胞》的衍生版，由《工作细胞》的原作者清水茜担任监修，剧本由原田重光负责，漫画作画由初嘉屋一生担任。以一个不健康的人体为舞台，描绘了细胞们在恶劣的环境下工作的故事。。Heavily influenced by the ghostly series THE KINGDOM, the sleepwalker Karen seeks answers to the unresolved questions of the series in order to save the hospital from doom.
