该剧改编自2002年委内瑞拉小说《Juana La Beltraneja》，讲述遵守外婆的话，在结婚前要保持纯洁的女主人公在定期检查时，由于医生失误突然怀上了财阀2世的孩子之后发生的喜剧故事。。Set in a small town in West Texas, four boyhood friends who made a solemn promise to leave town together immediately after high school graduation must now "put up or shut up."
