剧情讲述觉雷和李强原本皆为交情甚好的警察，李因遭上司无端责怪而辞职。一伙匪徒蒙面打劫金铺，雷竟然发现其中有李强。雷为保护强而提供假证词，雷大学毕业后任高级督察的弟弟文有所怀疑。强等再次打劫时，雷暗中跟踪，文也在后监视。众匪怀疑强串通雷出卖兄弟，于是对他追杀；警方则怀疑雷和匪徒暗合……。该剧讲述了清水市公安局长林荫，依靠有良知的领导，团结有骨气的同事，抗击官僚权贵，铲除黑恶势力，为国固本，为民除害的故事。。Marnie just graduated from college, drinks likes she's still in school, and is looking for a temporary job but a permanent boyfriend.
