在2017年10月7日的“Machi☆Asobi”漫展上，宣布将制作续篇。2018年12月22日在周年纪念活动“Prisma☆Klangfest ～kaleidoscope～”上宣布新作OVA制作决定。 OVA于2019年6月14日在剧场上映，标题为《Fate/kale id liner 魔法少女☆伊莉雅 Prisma☆Phantasm》（neta自Carnival Phantasm），共63分钟，为原作者广山弘监修的原创搞笑剧情。正式的BD/DVD于2019年11月27日发售。 片尾以“To be continued…”及新画面的形式宣布续作决定。。在極權統治下，藝術工作者能找到自由創作的空間嗎？導演2009年的作品充滿寓意，故事主角走遍壯麗的爾米亞湖岸，在鹽盤上收集居民的眼􅶫。與他同行的少年，則希望可以和失散已久的父親重聚。在這奇異的旅程上，主角見證強權如何掩蓋道理，盲目服從帶來悲劇。儘管導演只是以隱晦的手法，暗喻伊朗的社會問題。但他和為本片剪接的導演約化巴納希，都因此而被判監，諷刺地呼應電影中的控訴。。Robbins is sentenced to prison for the assassination of his general officer, a prison you leave only when you die.
