黑帮头目威叔招揽了狂龙(郑浩南)及小虎(尹天照)入其帮会，两人在一次毒品交易中被警察埋伏，龙逃脱而虎却被捕狱。五年后，小虎刑满出狱，威叔女儿小婵(麦家琪)拒绝让他回巢，虎只好投靠敌帮头目飞哥。飞哥声势日渐浩大。龙主动找虎，虎责怪龙当年出卖他，龙却声称威叔军师傻豹(海俊杰)才是二五仔。虎用计从小婵那边 抢走大批毒品，威叔亲自出面与飞哥谈判，飞哥要求威叔用一批军火来交换……。Documentary telling the story of the world's craziest race.
