本片是改编自原著作者Jean Hegland 的同名小说，故事描述一对姊妹在不久的未来中，因面对各种分崩离析的社会问题，一同努力求生存的另类末日题材。。表面上看贝丝过得很好，但其实她想要过一个更真实的生活。。A man is falsely convicted of the murder of his wife. During his time in jail, he finds comfort from four women with whom he corresponds. After his second court appearance, he is finally freed from prison only to be framed for yet 2 more murders which he did not commit. With the help of his former prison guard, he once again sets out to clear his name.。
