本剧主要人物老李，是一名基层警队里的警长，群众阿勇打小就有当兵的梦想，因误入歧途染上毒品被老李抓获，后经过老李教悔，走上正途并与老李建立起了深厚的兄弟情感，阿勇成为一名治安积极分子，通过社会关系为老李举报涉毒线索，维护社会治安，充分体现了人民警察这一职业的正直与忠义，以真心换真情，正人先正己。。When a casino owning dog named Charlie is murdered by his rival Carface, he finds himself in Heaven basically by default since all dogs go to heaven. However, since he wants to get back at his killer, he cons his way back to the living with the warning that doing that damns him to Hell. Once back, he teams with his old partner, Itchy to prep his retaliation. He also stumbles on to an orphan girl who can talk to the animals, thus allowing him to get the inside info on the races to ensure his wins。
