村里的职业媒人罗圈，给张山虎的孙子张佳南说媒，媒事没成，但二十万的彩礼钱却被罗圈放贷吃利息。张山虎多次索要未果，以死相逼。罗圈答应再给张佳南介绍一个，顶上那个彩礼钱。罗圈找了一个女孩当“托儿”，继续坑张山虎的钱。于是……。If not for C.C. walking in on them, Maxwell and Fran would have done it in the hospital bed next to Niles.
