Noreno, a half-Roman, is entrusted the mission of crossing the mountains to ask ...。五百年前，齐天大圣被如来神掌一分为二，佛性的悟空被压在五指山下。而魔性的另一分身逃至大漠，被各路神仙追杀。观音用钵盂化作客栈，将其封印在客栈中，法印形成不法山，方圆五百里内，各路神仙妖怪到此都失去了法力。观音告知妖猴，五百年后，花开之时，就是他解封之日。五百年后，孙悟空保护唐僧一路西行，斩妖除魔，名声大振。客栈中的妖猴听闻世上还有一个齐天大圣，不久就要路经此地，妖猴决心要与这个悟空一决雌雄。同时，师徒四人也知道不法山无法使用法力，因此分头乔装改扮，混入客栈。而那些垂涎唐僧肉的各路妖魔也纷纷赶来，决定在此地拿下唐僧。一场杀人风起，所有人困在客栈，于是，一场西游路上的狼人杀就此展开！。
