医生舒偃月身怀六甲的弟媳被绑架，来人威逼偃月协助一个病人逃离医院——而这个叫武阳的病人是个命案在身的重犯，偃月只能照办。随之换来警方追捕、黑道追杀。偃月只能与武阳并肩作战，揭开谋杀、绑架案后的重重黑幕……。Nikita lives in the small town of Chegarinsk, which is right on the drug trafficking route from Central Asia to Siberia. Deciding to go to Moscow to build a musical career, Nikita wants to earn extra money. His childhood friend offers to transport a bag of drugs, and during a trip to Krasnoyarsk, Nikita miraculously does not fall into the hands of the police。
