相传民国年间，进步人士严先生得到一份藏宝图，准备送给南方革命党。官府得到消息后，命令武功高强的鹰犬洋学生、浪子、假和尚、农夫四人一路截杀藏宝图。为了夺回藏宝图，女侠许金凤与四个鹰犬展开生死搏杀。然而这一天，他们来到摩天岭，遇到山上的一伙土匪。于是，一场血雨腥风的惨烈大战就变成了一个令人啼笑皆非的人生闹剧。。A famous french actor is poisoned and dies right in the middle of a play.
