美丽女孩松下羽月（户田惠梨香饰）是在某文具公司入职才满一年的职场新人，工作虽然紧张忙碌，但是做着一份自己喜欢的工作总归还有一份期待在里面，当然她的牢骚不满也与日俱增。羽月正在交往的男朋友高野悟（平冈佑太饰）是大学二年级时候确立关系的同学，然而因为留级的关系高野还在大学混日子。社会身份截然不同让他们渐行渐远，彼此的心理上也进入了如同远距离恋爱般的倦怠期。在此期间，羽月偶然邂逅了某知名出版社的编辑安田健介（黄川田将也饰）。和高野迥异的谈吐与气质让羽月渐渐对其产生了好感。 转眼到了情人节，羽月收到了不同寻常的礼物……。In The Nightmare, director Rodney Ascher (Room 237) has done just that.
