明朝嘉靖年间，倭寇年年侵犯我国东南沿海边境，烧杀抢掠，无恶不作。兵部二品侍郎朱纨奉旨前往浙江平倭，并委派内务府总管太监王顺随行监督。不想在朱纨赴任途中却遭倭人埋伏，幸得周将军率兵相救才得以平安上任。时过不久，周将军在护送畲寨土司进贡的千年灵芝时，再遭倭人伏击，恰遇盐贩曹顶出手相救，才得以逃过一劫。朱纨得知后便决意将曹顶收入军中，联合抗倭。曹顶在为将之后与倭寇厮杀时，结识了女扮男装的畲寨郡主阿珠。原来土司伤重不治，临终前吩咐阿珠助曹顶共同抗倭。于是众人共同施计，欲擒倭首博多津，而只有王公公另有盘算，迟疑不决。曹顶、阿珠、周将军依计而行，通过数场与敌死战，终于诱出了匪首，原来在博多津的幕后还隐藏着另一个博多津操纵着全局……。Scion of the once-rich Mitchell family, Herbert Wynn is found shot to death.
