阳光明媚的一天，秋山澪（日笠阳子配音）突然大惊失色，她对着一个空空如也的曲奇盒子哀声连连，平泽唯（丰崎爱生配音）、田井中律（佐藤聪美配音）和琴吹紬（寿美菜子配音）却不知道原因。这时小后辈中野梓（竹达彩奈配音）拿着一张光盘出现在门口，而光盘正是让秋山失色的原因。原来光盘中记录了梓喵入部时轻音部各位制作的招揽新生录像，其中秋山角色扮演成护士模样，由于自感太过耻辱，所以她将当时的光盘封印起来。往昔的内容勾起了姐妹们的回忆，于是顺理成章想要再制作出新的招生录像，结果连颇不着调的山中老师（真田麻美配音）也参与进来。为了让计划顺利进行，轻音部的各位召开了企划会议…… 本片根据かきふらい的漫画原作改编，是该系列动画的OVA版。。Gracie and Pedro are family pets with nothing in common.
