本片為華南影帝張瑛與梁天合作的清末喜劇，二人在片中分別飾演「刁師爺」荒唐鏡及「足智多謀奇人」陳夢吉，角色既鬥智力亦鬥演技，拼擦出火花。故事描述足智多謀的陳夢吉，為打聽師妹下落，連同僕人來到順德。後得知當地有名「刁師爺」荒唐鏡，刻薄成性，遂扮成僕人應聘且提出三項條件，荒不虞有詐。誰料往往被陳抓到痛處，一連串「鬥智鬥力」的腦筋比拼隨即展開。。跟猪猪侠星航志同道合的新能源引擎专家马力博士，加入超星车队帮助突破雷普森集团的技术封锁。赛场上的对手个个实力强劲，无论半决赛的出师不利还是星航的昔日师兄投身敌营，都予以超星车队不小的打击。猪猪侠和星航重拾信心，迎难而上，最终登上比云山颁奖台，也粉碎了雷普森集团。。A rash of bizarre murders in New York City seems to point to a group of grotesquely deformed vagrants living in the sewers. A courageous policeman, a photo journalist and his girlfriend, and a nutty bum, who seems to know a lot about the creatures, band together to try and determine what the creatures are and how to stop them.。
