民国年间，东、西两塔结下世仇。侠女凤妹子（黄爱玲 饰）为报杀父之仇，奉西塔八仙会之命，和众乡勇偷运军火，途中遭车警检查。地下党员东塔青年赵泉生（马冠英 饰）挺身相助，凤妹子赠其信物相谢。赵泉生此次奉组织命令回乡，任务是发动群众，待机举行武装暴动。地下党员赵天兴（元正大 饰）让他找张万安（吴喜千 饰），途中巧遇凤妹子。八仙会大师兄铁拐李（王保华 饰）久垂凤妹子美色，见凤妹子对赵泉生关爱有加，有意除掉情敌。凤妹子挺身相救，并对其吐露心声。八仙会首领张果老（马陋夫 饰）为除掉赵泉生，函告镇长赵春望（张甲田 饰），说赵泉生是共产党......。From an abandoned apartment in the suburbs of Belgrade, a persevering reminiscence of nightmares mix with the memories from childhood.
