故事主要讲述了魔仙堡的魔仙们用爱、友情和勇气来重建音乐魔法世界的故事。在和平快乐的魔仙世界中，“音乐”已经是魔仙们很久没有提及的事情了，由于住在里面的魔仙女王姬丝美沙日益思恋不知所踪的儿时玩伴美乐蒂，同时也想弄清楚消失的音乐魔法世界是否和美乐蒂有关。于是她派遣来自魔仙堡的小蓝，加上双子星公主贝贝和小魔仙美琪、美雪一起前往人类世界搜寻最动听的音乐“梦幻协奏曲”，借以寻找美乐蒂的下落。在寻找协奏曲的历程中，魔仙们与来自音乐魔法世界的9位音乐魔法师相遇，相知且互相帮助。不过在搜集乐章时，总是有无音和她的三只音乐精灵会阻挠她们的行动。可是魔仙们并不因此而被屈服，她们总是用勇气和爱将敌人制服。最后，在众魔仙的努力下，她们终于搜集齐了整个协奏曲乐章，得以让音乐魔法世界重现。。One night when seeking his estranged wife, Hoffmann goes to the youth center where she works.
