贤真搬进了破旧不堪的小镇公寓，由于隔壁邻居的吵闹声，睡不着觉。但是公寓管理员告诉贤真，整栋大楼并无其他租客。怪事接二连三而来，所有的一切似乎都指向了叫珠熙的神秘女子。。故事讲述的是一名高中女生想要在圣诞节得到自己心仪的礼物，而她的父母突然改变主意，由原先的不答应变成无条件答应甚至主动给她以前想要的东西。。The movie follows the original tale in a somewhat loose fashion, but manages to retain the majority of the images and action.
