Plaifon knows that love can give and take everything fr...。《中国之食文化》系列纪录片，于上世纪八十年代初由日本龟甲万株式会社策划，日本岩波映画制作所制作，于中国完成摄影取材。一共五集，分别介绍了北京，广州，江浙沪和四川这四地的饮食文化以及中式料理的烹饪技艺。这部纪录片中方由当时文化部牵头，各地饮食服务公司及相关店铺配合完成取材。由于此片制作时间距今三十余年，故片中内容、叙述与现今表述可能存在差异，但还是能感受得到这部纪录片的用心。。
