Two places are in focus in this soap. First of all the hospital clinic run by Göran Fridell, a doctor who can not take advice from others, including his wife Ingrid, who also works at the hospital. Their daughter Annika also works as a nurse at the hospital but dreams of becoming a doctor. She has a relationship with the young doctor Anders Ståhlberg but may loose him to nurse ...。出生于岩手盛冈市的生田瞳子在3岁时父母因交通事故身亡，被寄养在伯父家的瞳子天真浪漫，并且立志成为一名女演员。当19岁的瞳子满怀憧憬准备前往东京的海选比赛时，却遭遇了东日本大地震。半年后，瞳子参加了在宫城的志愿者活动。在那里，她遇见了组织学生志愿活动的东京大学生清水清隆。清隆个性沉稳，组织起志愿活动来井然有序，但是瞳子察觉到他的笑容中总是带有一丝忧伤，殊不知清隆的身上也同样背负着残酷的命运，两人就这样开始了他们的纯爱故事。。
